Asia una excelente guía, instrucciones claras en todo momento, a pesar de que el tour en las catas fue en inglés ella muy amablemente nos iba traduciendo en Español a pesar de que éramos un pequeño grupo los de habla hispana. Fatal, llegamos diez minutos antes y no fue posible localizar alguna, preguntamos en la oficina de turismo, a un policía, a otro guía y a las 14:14 conseguimos localizar el stand, se había ido el guía, y lo llamaron por teléfono, avisándole , hizo caso omiso, y las dos personas q atendían el stand nos informaron q siempre había problemas y nos ofrecieron excursiones con otra empresa, llevo años haciendo excursiones una tomadura de pelo

Las explicaciones en las bodegas fueron en inglés. Gracias a otros usuarios que hablaban inglés y español nos lo traducían. Y en la excursión contratada ponía tour en español. La persona que hizo la visita se llamaba Marina y nos explicó todo en el autobús. Pero en la segunda bodega a la que fuimos, el que lo explicó solo sabía inglés. Y por tanto no nos enteramos bien de todas las aplicaciones

Il tour parte dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, con un bus ci si dirige verso la prima azienda in Chianti dove offrono 3 vini e assaggi vari a base di formaggi e salumi. Da li si riparte e ci si dirige verso Radda dove si hanno 30 min per visitare il paesino (molto piccolo). Nella stessa Radda ci si ferma in un’enoteca per la seconda degustazione. In totale eravamo 8 persone, la guida parlava sia ing, spa e ita. Consiglio il tour anche se la guida non è stata molto esaustiva. Translate this opinion into English.

Teniamos guia en español, pero dentro de las catas de vino, solo hablaban en ingles me parecio demasiado malo por eso, mucha gente no pudo entender nada, despues de que se compro un tour en español.
