Aunque la excursión fue solo traslado,la guía,de nombre desconocido, hablaba más en inglés e interactuaba más con gente de habla inglesa, a los españoles nos dejaba de lado.El autobús estaba destrozado con partes rotas.La conducción horrible con volantazos y velocidad muy alta.A la vuelta puso el aire acondicionado y veníamos todos abrigados e incluso alguno con gorro.La excursión del taller de vidrio no se hizo, la trato como si fuese opcional. Muchas horas perdidas , 45 minutos para tomar el tren en Mira Mirano . Vuelta a la estacion de tren de Venècia en transporte publico , el grupo separado y el guia antes de subir al barco no explicó absolutamente nada . Llegamos una parte del grupo y esperando mucho rato . No sabiamos nada del resto del grupo ni del guia . Tuvimos que llançar NO-DO tros a la Compañia .Llegamos a Florencia muy tarde por la noche . Muy desorganizado y no se puede llevar a la gente en barco transporte publico .

Many hours lost, 45 minutes to catch the train in Mira Mirano.
