Es muy recomendable realizarlo con la audioguía, es explicativa y concisa. Nosotros tuvimos suerte de no hacer colas , porque llegamos y no habia personas en nuestro horario asignado. Se debe hacer una cola pero es mucho más ágil que la de entrada normal Translate this opinion into English.

Conforme orientação desta reserva. Chegamos antecipadamente ao local, via ricasoli 57. Ninguém da empresa Accord,com coletes amarelo. No local umas 10 pessoas esperavam.As 9:00h chegaram 2 pessoas. Uma senhora com uma prancheta e checando as reservas de um por um e fornecendo os tickets. Desgastante...Chegaram em cima da hora. Mas conseguimos entrar e curtir bastante a Academia..dispensei os guias de audio.

Todo bien encontré sin problemas a la persona que nos daba las entradas, entramos sin problema. Ahora contrate con audio guía y cuando voy al mostrador para pedir la guía me dicen que no está incluido que debo pagarlo. No entiendo como es, no podía salir para reclamar al personal que me dio la entrada por lo que hicimos la recorrida sin explicación. Igual la galería no tiene desperdicio. O audio guia foi interessante pois trouxe conteúdo a visita, porém não contemplou muitas obras existentes no espaço. Além disso, os responsáveis pela entrega dos tickets chegaram muito próximo ao horário de entrada, o que gerou um pouco de apreensão, mas no fim deu tudo certo.

La audio guía no existía ! Te dan una app para q te descargues en el teléfono que no funciona. Lo que puedes leer de la app es apenas nada . No merece la pena esta actividad , es mejor sacar la entrada allí, aunque tengas q hacer la cola. Me parece un robo o dinero que hemos pagado.

The audio guide didn't exist! They give you an app to download to your phone that doesn't work. What you can read on the app is barely worth it. This activity isn't worth it; it's better to get your ticket there, even if you have to wait in line. It seems like a rip-off or just a waste of money we paid.
