I signed up for a tour of the museum and baptistry as was specifically advertised by you. Instead I was given a tour of the Duomo which I did not sign up for. Instead of a tour of the museum and baptistry, I was given tickets for admission. This was not at all what was advertised If this is how you do business, I doubt I will use you again. Frankly my payment should be refunded!

Was sent a message last minute letting me know that there were not enough people for the tour so I had to do it myself. Because it was last minute I had to try to download the audio guide in an area that was extremely busy so nothing wanted to download. NO RECOMIENDO el tour es mejor comprarlo en el sitio oficial, cuesta 30 euros y dura tres dias e incluye ver el duomo que es la atracción principal. De todas formas hay que hacer fila aún con el tour. El boleto que me dieron solo le quedaba un dia, no pude regresar al museo ni ver el duomo solo subir al campanario que está bien pero no sé compara al duomo. Me sentí defraudado., pague 147 euros por 1:30 horas de guía.

Guide bilingue qui a fait ses commentaires uniquement en anglais, alors que nous étions un groupe de 6 ( 2 françaises et 4 personnes de souche anglaise). Explications beaucoup trop techniques et longues dans le musée, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout voir, ni de prendre quelques photos. Un peu déçue, j'espérais quelques commentaires en français.

Dans la description de cette activité, il est précisé qu'un guide anglophone est garanti. Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas pu le lire à temps.
