Sólo nos dieron la audioguía para la cúpula y, por el precio que tiene, podrían haber incluido la audioguía para el resto de los monumentos. Por otro lado, nos dijeron que con la entrada no tendríamos que hacer cola para entrar a la Catedral y no fue así, tuvimos que hacer la cola igualmente. Translate this opinion into English.

Un poco más caras que si las buscas por tu cuenta. Si que es verdad que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada. Lo único es que se supone que te incluye una audioguía si te descargas una aplicación, pero en ningún momento te dicen cuál. Si les escribes y preguntas te dicen que la info te la mandan por correo y te quedas en las mismas. Una pena.

Mal. La atención de la perdona de Accord (chics) fue muy deficiente. Llegamos unos minutos antes y no nos quido atender. Al volver no nos aviso que teniamos que dejar las bolsas en consigna y tuvimos que hacer otra cola. Y una vez en la cola , las personas que estaban detras nuestro lo mismo, ya estaban para entrar y la misma chica no les aviso. Se lo hicimos notar que debia previamente avisar y tespondio que estaba en el enlace. Dijimos que no diriamos a Accord y nos contesto que le igual… mal

Todo bien con la reserva, la persona que nos entregó los ticket estaba en el lugar indicado y a la hora señalada, sin embargo el precio fue ridículo, cuando llegamos allá nos dimos cuenta de que comprar la misma entrada en el sitio oficial valía menos de la mitad de lo que nos cobraron. Pagamos 64 euros p/p y la entrada realmente vale sólo 30 euros. Entiendo que si es una empresa de reventa cobren un poco más, pero más del doble lo considero un robo, que pena no haber sabido antes de comprar.
