La información es confusa, no informan cuando los sitios están cerrados temporalmente, mucho lio para conseguir los tickets, y una vez que estás en Florencia te das cuenta de todo lo que no incluye. Deberían cambiar el sistema

Parece muy atractivo coger el Bono City Pass, pero luego te encuentras con problemas como; En el Duomo no hay audio guias segun nos digeron desde hace mas de un año y en la oferta venian icluidas o que el museo intertactivo de Leonardo da Vinci esta cerrado por obras. Sin decir que la suma de los museos visitados sale mas barato coger las entradas por separado que en el bono (Mucas visitas hacen descuento a los menores de 25 años y pagan solo 2€ por entrar) Ademas el museo Pitti no esta incluido

It seems very attractive to take the City Pass, but then you come across problems such as; In the Duomo there are no audio guides as we were told for more than a year and they were included in the offer or that the interactive museum of Leonardo da Vinci is closed for works. Not to mention that the sum of the museums visited is cheaper to take the tickets separately than in the pass (Many visits give discounts to those under 25 years old and pay only €2 to enter) In addition the Pitti museum is not included

La verdad es que no me encantó. Pensé que la propia plataforma te enviaría las entradas de cada uno de los lugares a los que se supone que te da acceso, pero lo que te da es un link de otra empresa que lo gestiona. Cuando llegas al museo, no saben explicarte bien donde tienes que ir a por la entrada, y encima pierdes tiempo buscando el sitio, hasta que ves que el link ese extraño te explica dónde ir a por ella. Una pérdida de tiempo, recomiendo directamente comprar cada entrada en su museo.

The truth is that I didn't like it. I thought that the platform itself would send you the tickets for each of the places it is supposed to give you access to, but what it gives you is a link to another company that manages it. When you get to the museum, they don't know how to explain to you where you have to go to get the ticket, and on top of that you waste time looking for the place, until you see that the link that this stranger tells you where to go to get it. A waste of time, I recommend directly buying each ticket at the museum.

En abril reservé un Florence city pass de tres días por más de 200 euros por persona, pecamos de novatos, para que entren cuatro museos y un paseo en autobús turístico. Encima veo que me dura el pass dos días y la única explicación que me han dado que cuando lo compré costaba más que ahora y en realidad pagué dos días en vez de tres. Cómo pagué con tarjeta no puedo demostrar nada y básicamente me han dicho que acepté el pago y es lo que hay. Me han estafado y encima me dicen que ajo y agua.

In April I booked a three-day Florence city pass for over 200 euros per person, we were guilty of being novices, to get into four museums and a tour on a tourist bus. On top of that, I see that the pass lasts two days and the only explanation they have given me is that when I bought it it cost more than now and I actually paid for two days instead of three. I can't prove anything because I paid by card and basically they told me that I accepted the payment and that's it. They have ripped me off and on top of that they tell me that it's all a piece of cake.

No merece en absoluto la pena. Los tickets para entrar en las galerías Uffizi hay que ir a recogerlos a la oficina que tienen junto al río y nos tuvieron 20 minutos en la oficina para gestionar las entradas, y el canje de las entradas para la Academia no se podía hacer en la dirección que ponía en el bono y tuvimos que llamar por tf, imprescindible hablar inglés o italiano, y las entregaba un señor en medio de la calle, en otra dirección. También hubo que canjear el bono del bus turístico.

It's not worth it at all. The tickets to enter the Uffizi galleries must be picked up at the office next to the river and they took us 20 minutes in the office to manage the tickets, and the exchange of tickets for the Academy could not be done at the address which was written on the voucher and we had to call by phone, it was essential to speak English or Italian, and a man delivered them in the middle of the street, at another address. The tourist bus voucher also had to be redeemed.

No es recomendable en absoluto. Además de caro, la tarjeta en sí no sirve para nada, tienes que ir recogiendo las entradas de un lugar a otro. Además, cuando reservas te dan a elegir día y hora de las actividades, para después, sin avisar, te las cambian sin consultar y sin dar ninguna explicación. También tuve que reclamar el correo, que no me había llegado, con las instrucciones. Afortunadamente, la atención de Civitatis fue espectacular y me lo solucionaron enseguida.

No geral muito boa. Só tive problema para resgatar o áudio guie na visita ao Duomo de Firenze. Não estava funcionando no local indicado no passe. Mas consegui entrar no Duomo, sem o audioguia. Translate this opinion into English.

Un desastre... la empresa encargada del pass, según ellos, no había que recoger entradas en ninguna parte pq es todo digital...que la información de civitatis era errónea....así de veraz son las informaciones.... Las entradas incluso se recogen en medio de la calle a alguien que te llama a voces...de auténtica vergüenza....la peor compra que he podido hacer...información malísima...y del pass mejor ni hablamos...
