Bastante caro para lo que ofrece. Lo más destacable del Palacio es la parte gratuita. El museo es muy flojo y la subida a la torre es para los amantes de la escalada. La audioguía es de una calidad nefasta, un audio MP3 de 50 minutos sin posibilidad de acceder a las diferentes piezas o partes del contenido, no es una app, ni una web con estructura, solo un audio.. Ha sido mi peor experiencia en Italia está semana.

Quite expensive for what it offers. The Palace's most notable feature is the free section. The museum is very weak, and the climb to the tower is for climbing enthusiasts. The audio guide is of terrible quality: a 50-minute MP3 with no access to individual pieces or sections of content. It's not an app or a structured website, just an audio file. It was my worst experience in Italy this week.

El bono no indicaba exactamente donde recoger las entradas y no recibí indicaciones previas sobre dónde encontrar a la persona que tenía las entradas. Al final me llamó, pero fue un poco confuso. La grabación de la audio guía era muy difícil de seguir ya que no coincidía exactamente con el recorrido del museo y era una grabación lineal sin posibilidad de seleccionar las estancias que se iban viendo. The voucher didn't indicate exactly where to pick up the tickets, and I didn't receive any advance instructions on where to find the person who had the tickets. He finally called me, but it was a bit confusing. The audio guide recording was very difficult to follow as it didn't exactly match the museum's route and was a linear recording with no way to select the rooms being viewed. Entering the palace was trouble-free.
