También hicimos algunas paradas para tomar fotos y apreciar las vistas (el paisaje es precioso). Personalmente, no comiendo el almuerzo/cata. El tiempo para comer quizás un poco escaso y no me gustó nada que 45 minutos de la excursión se dedicaron a una visita no programada a una fábrica de café donde nos querían vender sus productos. Bastante ajustado es el programa, hubiéramos preferido comer más tranquilos o pasear ese tiempo por Pienza. La guía Ana muy maja, resolutiva y con buenas indicaciones. El chofer Ivan, genial. El tour fue excelente. Muy puntual la salida y los tiempos en cada lugar fueron ideales. Todo muy lindo y el guía Federico muy dedicado en explicar cada cosa y preocupado en que entendieramos todo bien. El conductor Gianni también muy simpático y amable. Los tres pueblos son geniales y en mi caso sí recomiendo coger la cata de vinos y embutidos variados, ya que nosotros lo hicimos y fue un momento agradable. Sitios muy bonitos y te dejan bastante tiempo libre, sin embargo la guía katu no explicaba mucho, no recomendaba muchos sitios para comer ni para ver en cada ciudad. Queríamos una foto con los pinos y no nos dejó ni 5 minutos,metía prisa pitando en el bus, cuando íbamos bien de tiempo,no era empatica con los turistas, no quería comprometerse mucho… por otro lado la desgustacion de café sobra… encima todo en inglés.

En cuanto a la actividad bien, quedas en un punto de encuentro y te llevan a los destinos, los recorres por libre y listo. En cuanto a la guía, bien, amable, ( fuimos con Vanessa) habla tanto en español como en inglés ( grupo mixto), y cualquier duda te la resuelve. El problema fue el conductor, Daniele, que su conducción fue agresiva, rozó el bus con el quitamiedos y con una acera, se equivocó de camino, discutió con la guía. Tuvo que ser reemplazado, su estado no era apto.

El paisaje y los pueblos eran preciosos pero la guía debería ser mas profesional. Podría mejorar las explicaciones y ser mas amena así como dar información útil. La visita a la fábrica de café no aparecía en la información de la excursión y es básicamente para ver y catar cafe para una probable venta de sus productos.
