On a demandé explicitement demandé une visite avec un guide francophone et le jour de l’excursion le guide ne parlait pas français. Tout simplement mensonger et inadmissible. J’avais payé au moins 3 fois plus cher que les prix d’autres agences uniquement pour le guide français. Une énorme arnaque

We explicitly asked for a visit with a French-speaking guide and on the day of the excursion the guide did not speak French. Simply misleading and unacceptable. I had paid at least 3 times more than the prices of other agencies only for the French guide. A huge scam
