En la actividad estuvimos unos 50, de los cuales 48 estadounidenses que alucinaban viéndome batir un huevo (ese era el nivel). No comes lo que haces, si no lo que se hace en grupo. Botella de vino normal y una por cada cuatro. Hicimos pasta fresca, pato guisado y un postre, todo muy sencillo. No esperéis hacer un plato toscano complejo y no es un restaurante, es una escuela de cocina: para las 21:00 fuera.
