The guide Francesca was very good and knowledgeable. It wasn’t clear from your map where exactly we should meet (side of the Uffici) instead of Palazzo main entrance) and the guides did not have our phone number.

Une honte!!!! un mail m'a été envoyé à 3heures du matin, veille de la visite pour m annoncer qu il n y aurait finalement pas de guide francais. Puis, rendez vous avec un guide italien... qui ne s est jamais présenté!! J ai payé 102 EUROS pour rien!!!! J ai attendu 1Heure 30, ai prévenu la police qui a cherché avec moi le guide, j ai appelé , laissé des messages mail... .. Rien!! C'est SCANDALEUX !! j espere etre vite remboursée.
