We are very disapointed and mad. We were traveling with our family (5 people) and with a friend (1 adult and 1 kid). We reserved since April 5 for June 27, almost 3 months in advance. We did 2 reservations at the same time but fully independent under different names just because each family was paying for its own tour. Only around 3-4 days before the tour they canceled it for our friends without explanation. Just like that. On top of that they lied to us over and over when contacted. Never again

In the summer, our local provider receives plenty of reservations and they do their best to organize them and provide the service properly. We deeply regret that one of yours had to be canceled. As for the reason provided, we reiterate our apologies for the lack of transparency of the tour operator. This is by no means the kind of treatment that we expect for our users and have already taken the appropriate internal measures.

Hello, We started the visit almost 45 minutes later. The advertisement of no lines in not true. People without guide was faster than us. The guide had to rush, she could not add sometime to our visit because she had another group waiting.

The tour lasts from the time the group meets until the end of the activity. On the other hand, this tour has security controls, which are obligatory for all participants. The guides try to offer the best experience even with time problems. We regret that the tour did not go as you expected.

Francesca was amazing! Her explanations were fun, interesting and thoughtful, I’ve never thought I would have enjoyed a Renaissance art gallery as much as I did! Highly recommended tour to grasp the relevance of this collection.

The tour was excellent! We were able to skip the line with our ticket, which was really nice. Our guide did an excellent job of explaining what we were looking at with the different paintings - like what was important to notice and why it was a big deal. It really helped me enjoy the museum more as otherwise it would be just another old painting! Highly recommend this tour!

Margarita was very unorganized and rude. She wanted to change our time slot to 10am instead of 10:30am, but only advised me at 9:40am. We later on learned that they didn’t wanna tour us because we were only 3, but if they canceled on the website they would get fined. So instead she wanted to change our schedules. She seemed annoyed at me when I said that I needed to stick with the schedule I had booked on the website.

The local provider works at all times with the best professionals in the industry. We are sorry that this was not your impression. The guide simply tried to accommodate the schedule to make the logistics of the visit easier.
