Lamentable, si encuentran otro sitio para conseguirlas, háganlo. La empresa que consigue las entradas es nefasta. Te mandan una ubicación en la que no están y no te contestan al número de teléfono por el que te escriben, seguramente aposta para ahorrarse tu entrada, por más que llames o les escribas al wathsapp no hay manera de que te contesten. Por si fuera poco la audio guía es inservible ya que es una app del móvil que al haber tanta gente no hay cobertura en todo el museo y no puedes usarla.

It's unfortunate. If you find another place to get them, do it. The company that gets the tickets is terrible. They send you a location they don't have and don't answer the phone number you use. They're probably trying to save you money on your ticket. No matter how many calls you make or texts you on WhatsApp, they won't answer. As if that weren't enough, the audio guide is useless since it's a mobile app. Due to the number of people in the museum, there's no coverage available, so you can't use it.
