Mejor de lo que esperaba, porque pensaba que iba a tener el tour en inglés, que no es muy lengua madre, pero ha sido en español, ya que la guía ha sido muy amable de hablar con unos en italiano y código en español, haciendo unas explicaciones perfectas y para mí, muy aconsejables y recomendables, ya que me gusta mucho el arte. La guia genial muy bien explicado .pero mal por que este tour no lo teníamos que haber contratado. por que contratamos el tour de la subida a la cúpula de Brunelleschi y en ése tour ya va el museo del duomo y el baptisterio.que nos explicó el guia . Muy mal informacion . al comprar la subida de la cupula de Brunelleschi no dice nada de que tambien teniamos esta entradas.. ósea nos hubiéramos ahorrado el dinero.

Las visita ah estado mas o menos, la guía lo ha hecho lo mejor que ha podido pero teniendo en cuenta que no estaba disponible el baptisterio no se visita con guia en ningún momento la catedral por dentro, solo es entrar al museo y que te den detalles sobre lo que ha ocurrido en el transcurso de la historia, en cuanto a la subida al Duomo y el Campanario está bastante desorganizado el cronograma, ya que no da tiempo de subir a ambos, debes escoger sobre la marcha, es una pena.

Empezó mal porque el Baptisterio estaba cerrado por obras y no avisaron de ello. Se cambió con visita a la catedral. Por lo demás bien, aunque costaba un poco seguir las explicaciones del guía por no dominio mejor del español

Tuvimos que hacer dos colas, una para entrar al Baptisterio y otra para entrar en el Museo (ambas segun la guia por cuestiones de protocolo covid). Nada de esto se advierte cuando compras la excursión, donde se te da como una de las ventajas que no haras cola. El Museo lo vimos corriendo porque se acababa el tiempo y además esto provocó que llegaramos tarde a la siguiente excursion (comprada tambien con civitatis) por lo que ademas perdimos la excursion y, por supuesto, el dinero.

None of this is noticed when you buy the excursion, where it is given to you as one of the advantages that you will not stand in line. We saw the Museum running because time was running out and this also caused us to be late for the next excursion (also purchased with civitatis) so we also lost the excursion and, of course, the money.
