La guía fue muy simpática,pero me sentí muy desinformada, acabamos la visita un poco más tarde, cuando le dije que tenia la subida a la torre a las 13:30 y eran más de las 14:00 me dijo que me tenían que entregar el bono y que le llorara para que me dejaran subir. Intenté buscar a la persona que estaba en el punto de encuentro pero no lo encontré. Y que me entregarán la entrada. Pude hablar por WhatsApp ya me dijeron que la entrada era valida y que no había hora.

The guide was very nice, but I felt very uninformed, we finished the visit a little later, when I told him that I had to climb the tower at 1:30 p.m. and it was after 2:00 p.m., he told me that they had to deliver me the bonus and to cry for them to let me go up. I tried to look for the person who was at the meeting point but I couldn't find him. And that they will give me the ticket. Hubo un error, la guía se fue sin nosotros. Al final lo solucionaron a medias. Nos quedamos sin entrar en la cúpula porque los tickets eran del día 23 y nosotros lo hicimos el 25. Así que al día siguiente ya no nos valieron. Todo muy caótico aunque la guía Titania muy amable nos ayudó en todo

La guia genial muy bien explicado .pero mal por que este tour no lo teníamos que haber contratado. por que contratamos el tour de la subida a la cúpula de Brunelleschi y en ése tour ya va el museo del duomo y el baptisterio.que nos explicó el guia . Muy mal informacion . al comprar la subida de la cupula de Brunelleschi no dice nada de que tambien teniamos esta entradas.. ósea nos hubiéramos ahorrado el dinero.

Las visita ah estado mas o menos, la guía lo ha hecho lo mejor que ha podido pero teniendo en cuenta que no estaba disponible el baptisterio no se visita con guia en ningún momento la catedral por dentro, solo es entrar al museo y que te den detalles sobre lo que ha ocurrido en el transcurso de la historia, en cuanto a la subida al Duomo y el Campanario está bastante desorganizado el cronograma, ya que no da tiempo de subir a ambos, debes escoger sobre la marcha, es una pena.

Empezó mal porque el Baptisterio estaba cerrado por obras y no avisaron de ello. Se cambió con visita a la catedral. Por lo demás bien, aunque costaba un poco seguir las explicaciones del guía por no dominio mejor del español

Tuvimos que hacer dos colas, una para entrar al Baptisterio y otra para entrar en el Museo (ambas segun la guia por cuestiones de protocolo covid). Nada de esto se advierte cuando compras la excursión, donde se te da como una de las ventajas que no haras cola. El Museo lo vimos corriendo porque se acababa el tiempo y además esto provocó que llegaramos tarde a la siguiente excursion (comprada tambien con civitatis) por lo que ademas perdimos la excursion y, por supuesto, el dinero.

We had to stand in two queues, one to enter the Baptistery and another to enter the Museum (both according to the guide for covid protocol issues). None of this is noticed when you buy the excursion, where it is given to you as one of the advantages that you will not stand in line. We saw the Museum running because time was running out and this also caused us to be late for the next excursion (also purchased with civitatis) so we also lost the excursion and, of course, the money.

En la plaza san giovanni no estaba bien señalado el guia del tour, no estaba señalizado con civitatis, nunca nos habia pasado. La visita bien, sin mas.
