Someone calcen a part of my tour( walking tour ) it was charged .

We have confirmed that yours was the only booking in English for the walk outside of the gallery. Because of this, our team did not offer that part of the service. Please accept our apologies. We have already proceeded with the corresponding refund.

I need help because this was a three-part tour and one of them was cancelled. I was told I was getting a refund for the cancellation, but I haven't heard from Civitatis or the tour operator, please I need you to get in touch because it seems there is no other way to get in touch with you. The Accademia and Uffizi Gallery tours were done and were great, but the Florence tour was cancelled. I won't give a review of the other two, until I hear from you about my corresponding partial refund.

Our team has confirmed to us the impossibility of visiting Florence on the scheduled date. We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy the entire visit. We have arranged a refund for this part of the itinerary.

One of the tours was cancelled due to weather conditions (just rain) within a few hours in advance, which made it hard to replan my day. I was 15 mins late to one of the tours (because of a misunderstanding with one of the guides) and they didn’t give me any indications to find the group inside the museum (I didn’t expect them to wait, I just wish they had told me where to catch up with them). Very disappointed, money exceeds value.

We are sorry that the service was not provided as planned. The relevant officials are already aware of the situation to ensure that this does not happen again. Compensation has been made accordingly.

Giada is an awesome tour guide, perfect english and very knowledgeable. Roger was good but need to improve his english skills. Ghergana was excelent, perfect english with great knowledge.

The first guide needed to have better planning of the route as we were going back and forth. The second guide was a true gem. The third guide was really good at the tour but did not handled some guests delay correnctly so we were 25’ late. On top of that on the description it was mentioned that the city tour would start at 13.30 but they rescheduled without any notice for 12.00 making us to almost miss a visit at the Duomo. Luckily the 2nd guide fixed everything

A guia contratada para a Galeria da Academia é ótima e atendeu as expectativas, foi um ótimo passeio. O restante do tour foi um completo desastre. Não aconteceu a visita ao centro histórico, bem como fizemos a visita à Uffizi sozinhos e com áudio em língua nao falada por nós.

Confirmamos que o número mínimo de participantes não foi atingido e, portanto, o serviço não foi executado normalmente. Pedimos desculpas pelo inconveniente causado. A compensação foi feita de acordo.
