The teacher was very informative. We had a great lesson on the history and why and how pizza was made. The kitchen and chefs coat was dirty. The dishes used were dirty. The chef needed to wash his hands after touching his face a couple times. The gelato tasted more like homemade ice cream sorry to say. The flavor was also not very rich like gelato. We had a nice time. Just dirty.
