It was a decent walking tour the covered the bases of Florentine history. It was hard to hear our guide who was quite knowledgeable but soft-spoken.

It is not mentioned that you can’t go in a secret passages of Medici family. We were told that this won’t be part of tour when we came on meeting point! It should be mentioned in prospect and promo materials for booking

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about Florence, the Medici and many other well known people who spent time in Florence. The tour taught me much more than I expected which was great and we also went to several incredible places around the city that I would not have known about if I didn't take the tour. The guide was also kind enough to recommend a great local place to eat which was the best way to end the day after biking all around Florence.

Great staff and tour guide. I was late to the tour office and though I was going to miss the tour. But the nice staff waited and united me with the tour group. The tour guide was knowledgeable and lively. I had a lot of fun.
