La guia y el chofer fueron muy amables, excelente trato e informacion durante toda la excursion. Desortunadamente no recuerdo el nombre de la guia, Valeska creo si recuerdo que ella era de Venezuela. Me encanto conocer Montepulciano, las catas de vino estuvieron excelentes. Todo ameno y las vistas impresionantes. Recomiendo el tour para tener la oportunidad de conocer un poco mas de la Toscana. Espectaculares paisajes, entretenido wine tasting y bonitos pueblos, aunque sin nada especial y diferente a otros ya visitados y mas bonitos. El guía recita mucha información en el autobús sin pasión ni conectando con el grupo. En los pueblos no da ninguna guía. El recorrido es muy largo y perdimos casi una hora entrando y saliendo de Siena para recoger y dejar otros pasajeros. Además es muy lejos el sitio para tomar el autobús. Porém, o tour não foi conforme descrição contratada: não houve degustação (azeite, queijos, salames); na vinícola, não houve degustação do vinho brunello; houve uma parada em Siena para pegar outras pessoas, o que atrasou o início. O outro grupo reclamou que seu passeio era em 2 vinícolas, mas foram só em 1. Passeio é bom, as cidades lindas, mas é muito caro e não entrega boa parte do que promete. Tem outras opções com melhor custo benefício.

Os responsáveis pelo serviço já estão fazendo as devidas averiguações e fazendo os devidos ajustes para que essa situação não volte a acontecer. Maravilloso paseo, Ana nuestra guia excelente, y el grupo que fuimos era genial, sobre todo un Chris un chico de UK.... habia olvidado mi telefono en el caminion al final del tour, y el inmediatamente me dijo que me acompañaba a buscarlo, estaba muy nerviosa y me puse s llorar y el me calmaba, me decia que no me preocupara. Muy buen tour para conocer esta parte de la Toscana! Nuestra guía Carmen era muy agradable y ha explicado todo muy bien, con datos interesantes sobre Pienza, Montepulciano y los distintos vinos que se producen. La degustación de vinos muy buena, en una abadía preciosa (aunque aquí las explicaciones son solo en italiano e inglés). En verano estaría bien cambiar el orden del itinerario y hacer la degustación de 14 a 16 que es cuando más calor hace y apetece más estar en un sitio fresco que pasear. Excelente tour: Concocimiento, guia multilingue (Alberto) de gran valor en todo el recorrido. Gentil lo mismo de Rafa (portugués) y conductor. Algunas sugerencias: 1. Pasar a Siena en busqueda de 20 pasajeros no estaba descrito en la ruta y afectó el tiempo para el resto del recorrido 2. Cuando haya un traductor a chino, debe esperar a que el guía termine de hablar, en paralelo es desagradable para el resto.

O tour foi ótimo . É corrido mais vale mto a pena , as 3 cidades são encantadoras. Os guias são tops , e o Rafael se destaca por ser brasileiro ( baiano arretado kkk) , nos deixa mais seguro . Estávamos em família , com minhas filhas de 15 e 18 anos , ambas gostaram muito . A empresa é seria , pontual .

El tour se realizó en varios idiomas y los españoles éramos minoría, sólo 5. Nos asignaron un guía, Gustavo, que estuvo en todo momento a nuestro lado, aportando explicaciones y anécdotas muy interesantes y traduciendo lo que la guía principal del tour iba contando en inglés. En los tres pueblos nos indicó lo más característico y nos acompañó a ver las mejores vistas de la Toscana. El único contra es la organización del tiempo, poco rato para disfrutar y no da casi tiempo ni de comer.

Buen guía, gran tour, bellos pueblos y paisajes pero Ustedes subcontratan la excursión con una agencia que está muy alejada del centro y donde están los turistas. Otras agencias nos recogen en los hoteles SIN COSTO para otras excursiones. Esta, cobra dinero adicional si te recoge o vas por tu cuenta a la lejana Stazione Leopolda.

Mala organización de tiempos, apenas disfrutas de los pueblos. Pierdes bastante tiempo en la primera degustación de vinos. Hay que comer rápido si quieres conocer la zona. El tour es en inglés y español, no separan los grupos para explicar, así que cuando toca la explicación de español apenas la oyes y tampoco el guía se molesta mucho. Los pueblos preciosos y el bus muy cómodo.

Está bien, los pueblos se podrian modificar los tempos, por ejemplo media hora de más en Montepulciano y Pienza y menos en Montalcino (que no tiene nada interesante) y menos tiempo en la última.bodega. El guia muy amable y la mezcla de tour con vinos muy bueno pero los pueblos en si no tienen mucho encanto, puede que haya otras zonas de la Toscana más bonitas.

O passeio seguiu fielmente o roteiro ofertado. Como são três lugares é corridinho, não é possível visitar todas as atrações das cidades. A última degustação de vinho foi bem surpreendente e os guias foram muito simpáticos, em especial a Duna e o Gustavo. Atendeu as nossas expectativas.

Le lieu de rendez-vous n'est pas idéal. Gros désordre au check-in. L'excursion est agréable, on se laisse facilement guidé, le rythme est fluide. Les temps libres sont un peu courts. Merci à Vincent pour nous avoir fait découvrir tous ses villages.
