Circuit moyen, on ne voit pas grand chose du centre historique de Florence. Le personnel ne parle pas Français. Nous avons attendu 45 mn notre bus le matin à l'arrêt juste après Santa Croce. Il est passé à 9h40 et nous y étions depuis 8h55.

Nous sommes désolés si les endroits où le bus s'est arrêté n'ont pas intéressé tous les passagers. Cependant, sur notre site Web, nous joignons un fichier contenant des informations détaillées sur le parcours et les horaires au profit des participants.

Solo estaba en servicio una de las líneas, la azul si no estoy mal, y en la app no estaba bien señalizado en el mapa por lo que perdimos unos buenos minutos encontrando la parada, ademas no era muy estratégica esa línea, así que tuvimos que caminar bastante entre las paradas y las atracciones turísticas. Por último y lo peor: los buses tienen un horario de servicio muy limitado, sería bueno que funcionara al menos hasta las 7pm

Only one of the lines was in service, the blue one if I'm not wrong, and in the app it wasn't well marked on the map so we lost a good few minutes finding the stop, also that line wasn't very strategic, so we had to quite a bit of walking between stops and tourist attractions. Last and worst: the buses have very limited hours of service, it would be nice if they ran at least until 7pm

Les audio guide ne fonctionnaient pour la pluspart pas. Nous avons eu deux commentaires en début de trajet puis plus rien autant prendre un bus public
