No estaban en el horario indicado en el punto de encuentro con el color referido en la página ni en el bono. Decían que iban a estar con chalecos amarillos y estaban de negro. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para que nos informaran que habían cambiado de color. En un lugar tan concurrido y multitudinario como la galería de la academia es importante que sean claros para que el encuentro sea más sencillo. Además no proporcionan auriculares y la audioguía es fácilmente reemplazable por chatgpt

Compré una entrada sin colas esperando una visita fluida, pero tuve que hacer más de 40 minutos de fila sin ninguna explicación. El personal fue poco amable y al intentar hablar en español me ignoraban o fingían no entenderme. Me sentí mal atendido y desinformado. Muy mala organización para un museo tan emblemático. No lo recomiendo si buscas una experiencia cómoda y bien gestionada.

I bought a skip-the-line ticket expecting a smooth visit, but I had to wait in line for over 40 minutes without any explanation. The staff was unfriendly, and when I tried to speak Spanish, they ignored me or pretended not to understand me. I felt poorly served and misinformed. The organization was very poor for such an iconic museum. I don't recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed experience.
