Teniamos guia en español, pero dentro de las catas de vino, solo hablaban en ingles me parecio demasiado malo por eso, mucha gente no pudo entender nada, despues de que se compro un tour en español.

We booked the tour in Spanish, however several days in advance they told me that it would be in English and they gave me the option to cancel. We decided to take it and it is worth it even if you are not an expert in wine tasting and just want to live the experience of Wine Tourism in Tuscany. Si bien leí que en la viña a la que íbamos hablaban en inglés. Solo éramos 3 personas que hablábamos español, por lo que deberían describir que también van personas que solicitan el tour en inglés y mezclan los participantes. La parada en la primera viña es corta y no muestran mucho, solo te dan una breve explicación y la viña se ve linda como para dar un paseo En la segunda degustación es más preparada y la persona que la realiza muy simpático y explica muy bien cómo realizar una cata. Nos gusto el tour, una surgerencia si pides el idioma en Espanol, no lo vas a tener porque todo fue hablado en Ingles. Nosotros sabemos varios idiomas y no hubo problema para intender el tour. Si bien teníamos guía que habló en español, en las catas mi esposa no entendió nada porque no habla inglés, creímos que era en español lo principal.

Nos acompañaron un conductor y un guía, que podrían haber sido la misma persona. No ofrecieron explicaciones de la visita. A pesar de que se anuncia como un tour en español, NO LO ES. 4 horas antes, me avisaron de que iba a ser en inglés, sin tiempo a cancelar. Finalmente, la bodega hizo el tour en español, pero la enoteca del principio fue todo en inglés. Por lo demás, el vino está muy bueno y la bodega es preciosa. La dueña es muy amable y habla muy bien español.

De forma circunstancial el proveedor no tuvo disponibilidad de un guía en español al inicio del tour. Se ha informado a los responsables oportunos para que se tomen las medidas necesarias. Sentimos que la experiencia no estuviera a la altura de lo esperado. Se ha realizado una compensación por las molestias causadas.

Aunque en la descripción indica "La actividad se realiza con un guía que habla español, aunque en ocasiones podría hacerse de forma bilingüe." La primera cata fué completamente en inglés, por lo que no nos enteramos de nada. Es cierto que me enviaron un mensaje el día anterior, pero cuando lo vi en el teléfono ya eran las tantas de la noche. Salvando este fallo, lo disfruté y además en la segunda cata, en la finca del productor, el entorno era espectacular con unas vistas de la Toscana.

El proveedor local nos ha confirmado que en una de las catas no hubo disponibilidad de una guía española. Esto ha sido totalmente circunstancial. Sentimos las molestias causadas, hemos procedido a realizarte una compensación acorde.
