I came at the meeting point at 17h47, and nobody was there. I star there until 18h20 and the guide wasn't there. I was (and still) upset

It was a very good Guided Tour, but an standatd one (very similar as a free walking tour) nothing to do with legends or mysteries. For a 2 hours standard guided tour it was a little too expensive...

Não estava ninguém no local de partida do tour, só depois de ligar é que alguém veio ter connosco. Disseram-nós que os Tours portugueses tinham sido cancelados. Veio uma pessoa para nos fazer o tour, mais de 40mn depois da hora, ou seja tivemos mais de uma hora à espera. Não sei se era mesmo guia, o conteúdo do tour foi muito fraco, sem os conteúdos esperados, “mistérios e lendas de Florença”. Ainda tivemos de gastar dinheiro a vir de táxi para a estação porque tínhamos um comboio a apanhar.

Confirmamos com nosso fornecedor local que houve um incidente no início do passeio devido ao fato de o guia não ter terminado uma reunião próxima com atraso. Também confirmamos que o passeio é conduzido em português, como de costume. Lamentamos que a excursão não tenha sido como você esperava, e que os comentários do guia não tenham sido do seu agrado. Fizemos uma compensação pelos inconvenientes causados.
